Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, which is an internationally recognized system for ensuring that food products are safe and wholesome to eat.
Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point: the systematic identification and management of the risks associated with the manufacture, distribution and use of food ingredients.
Standard for process analysis throughout the food process and material flow chain for the identification and prevention of possible health risks.
The underlying approach under HACCP for preventing foodborne illness and promote quality is to identify the danger spots and try to avoid them.
